If an error occurred during check out, and you're not sure if your order went through please reach out to us, and we can search our system for any charges using the first four digits, and the last four digits of the card that was charged. (Please do not send us the entire credit card number.)
If an order has not been placed then charge is most likely a pending authorization, and should drop off of your bank statement in 2-3 business days (up to 10 business days), depending on the bank.
