My package shows as delivered; however, I have not received it, how should I proceed?

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you have not received it please verify the following:

- Is the shipping address correct?
- Has it been over 36 hours since the package showed as delivered?
- Was there a notice of attempted delivery?
- Was the package delivered in an uncommon location at the delivery address?
- Was the package accepted by someone else on your behalf?

If the following has been checked and you're still unable to locate the package, please contact us to make us aware of the situation, and we will follow up with next steps.
