I’m still seeing a charge on my statement, despite my order having been cancelled. Why is this?

When you place an order on fleetfeet.com, we place a pre-authorization on your method of payment that we confirm once your order ships. When we cancel orders, we notify your bank immediately to remove the pre-authorization or pending charge that is placed on your statement when we confirm your order. After this notification, most banks typically take 2-3 business days to remove the item from your statement; however, in rare cases, it can take up to 10 business days to remove the item. In virtually all cases, the item is removed within the 10 business day period. If you are still seeing an item on your bank statement from a cancelled order 10 business days after we have notified you of the cancellation, please reach out to our customer care team by submitting a request below for further assistance.
