Your pin number should be located at the bottom right corner, on the back of the gift card. If you have an e-gift card, the pin number is included in the email with the full e-gift card number. If you cannot locate your pin number, then please contact us with a photo of the back of the gift card, or a screenshot of your e-gift card.
