Once we have received the returned item(s) back, you will be refunded. While the process typically takes 3-5 business days, it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund back on your bank statement. This timeframe varies by bank or credit card company.

If for any reason we accept a return past 60 days from the date of your order, the refund will be issued in the form of a Fleet Feet Gift Card. The Gift Card may be used online or in any of our retail locations and will never expire.
