After a purchase in one of our stores it will take 24 hours before your points are added to your account.
For online orders it will take 24 hours after your order has been shipped (meaning you've received the tracking information for it).
For special orders, points are not added until 24 hours after you have picked up the special ordered item.
If you do have any questions, or cannot see points from a recent purchase, and it has been more than 24 hours then please contact us.
