After a purchase in one of our stores it will take 24-48 hours before your points are added to your account. 

For online orders it will take 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped (meaning you've received the tracking information for it). 

For special orders, points are not added until 24-48 hours after you have picked up the special ordered item. 

If you do have any questions, or cannot see points from a recent purchase, and it has been more than 48 hours then please contact us.
