I have an online order from JackRabbit that is still in process. What will happen to it?

  • Don’t worry! Your order won’t be interrupted. We are maintaining all existing systems long enough for a smooth transition that won’t impact your online order.

How can I check the status of an order I placed on jackrabbit.com?

  • Email support@fleetfeet.com. A member of our customer care team will be happy to assist you.

I have a JackRabbit gift card. Can I still use it at Fleet Feet?

  • All JackRabbit gift cards will be converted to the Fleet Feet system. Your in-store gift cards will still be redeemable in store, and your online gift cards will be redeemable online and in-store. All future Fleet Feet gift cards can either be purchased online or in-store and can be redeemed online or in-person as well.

Can I return my JackRabbit order at Fleet Feet?

  • Yes! If an item you purchased at JackRabbit doesn't make you happy with the way it performs, looks or fits, we'll take it back within 60 days for an exchange or return, with your receipt. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

I just sent a return to JackRabbit's processing center. Will I be refunded?

  • As soon as we receive your product, we will process your refund promptly. This can take 1 to 2 weeks from the time you ship the item back.

Will tracking and shipping information still be available for my order?

  • Yes, all tracking and shipping information will still be available for your existing orders.

Who can I reach out to with questions about my order?

  • You can visit help.fleetfeet.com to find answers to the most common questions about your online order. If you need direct assistance, email support@fleetfeet.com. A member of our customer care team will reach out right away to help resolve your issue.

Will I be able to see my purchase history on the Fleet Feet website?

  • Yes! The Fleet Feet team is working on adding all historical data into your customer profile on fleetfeet.com and on the Fleet Feet App. Your information will become available within the next few months.

How do I join the Fleet Feet Rewards Program?

  • If you were a member of the Jack Rabbit Rewards program, you will automatically be enrolled in the Fleet Feet Rewards program. All of your points and Rewards will carry over to the Fleet Feet system.
    If you were not a member of the Jack Rabbit program, it's easy to sign up for Rewards at Fleet Feet! You can register with a store associate when you check out at your local Fleet Feet, create an account online or download the Fleet Feet App and log in to create your Rewards account. What will happen to my JackRabbit rewards?

  • Your rewards from the old system will all carry over into a new account with Fleet Feet. Points will be transferred at the same value but you will receive a $15 rewards voucher for every 150 points you earn. You earn one point per dollar spent in-store or online.
    To log into your new Fleet Feet account, we’ll ask you to create a new password and validate your email for security purposes. We will send out a reminder message to jackrabbit.com account holders as the transition occurs.

Can I use my discount from the "Refer a Friend" program?

  • The Refer a Friend program will expire on December 14, 2021. Discounts from the program can no longer be used after that time.

I have a JackRabbit coupon. Will Fleet Feet match it?

  • Yes, we will accept any Jack Rabbit coupons until they reach their expiration date.
