What if I’ve redeemed my miles for an item, but have not yet picked it up from my local store?

Once you redeem your miles for a reward, you will have the option to pick up the item from your local store through September 30th. Please note, the miles-based rewards may be limited, so we advise contacting your local store beforehand to ensure inventory is still available.


Due to possible inventory issues, we will be happy to work with you to find a similar prize in the event that your claimed reward is not available at your local store.
