How do I confirm my email address?

Once a rewards account is created on Fleetfeet.com, or on the Fleet Feet app, you will be prompted via email to confirm the email linked to your rewards account. This confirmation link should bring you to your online profile. To continue, you will need to simply log in, and click on the link in your email once more to ensure that email confirmation has successfully taken place. Once successful you should see a blank page that says "your email has been confirmed." 

If the link is not letting you click on it, please make sure you are clicking a link from the most recent email confirmation email. You can also copy, and paste the link into your browser if you still cannot click it. If no link was sent to you then please contact us.
