Why isn't my Garmin device connecting to the app?

- Are you using GPS to track and upload your runs or walks? (Versus uploading them manually.) Unfortunately, we cannot accept manually uploaded runs or walks within the app, they must be tracked - this extends to treadmill activity as well. When Garmin is used indoors on a treadmill, the GPS is not active, thus the program will not connect, as the program is designed to track miles through GPS.

- Have you hit your 100 mile a month limit? If so then your Garmin device is most likely still connect to our app, however you are not earning miles as the limit has been reached. 

- Are your activities set to “public” within the privacy settings of Garmin? This is a requirement for integrating with the app.
