I received a damaged, or defective item how should I proceed?

In the rare case that the item you received is damaged or defective, we will be happy to correct the error.  Simply contact us in order to receive a free pre-paid shipping label to return the item. If possible, and depending on the situation, we will attempt to send a replacement for the damaged item. However if that is not possible, then upon receipt of the damaged, or defective item, we will issue a refund back to the card used to make the purchase.
