What is the online return policy?

If an item you purchased at Fleetfeet.com doesn't make you happy by the way it performs, looks, or fits, we'll take it back within 60 days* of purchase. It's our promise to you! This policy does include all items on Fleetfeet.com, clearance items, and items that have been lightly worn. If you would like to return your order please click here, and follow the steps.

*Due to store closures and restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, Fleet Feet will accept some returns after the 60-day window. If you miss the 60-day return window for an in-store purchase due to store closures, please reach out to the store you purchased your item(s) from to determine when you'll be able to return your purchase. For fleetfeet.com orders, please email support@fleetfeet.com to initiate your return. Note, due to dramatically increased volume of requests and inquiries, we will do our best to process your return request within five to seven business days but the delay could be longer. However long it takes, please know that we will get there, and we will accept your return. We're very sorry for the inconvenience!
