How do I return my pick up in-store order?

If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 60 days of purchase. In order to return the item(s), simply bring the item(s) to your local Fleet Feet store with a copy of the email order confirmation/receipt that shows your order number. You can contact us, or call us at (877) 412-7467 to request a pre-paid shipping label to return the item by mail. In this instance, we will refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned item to its originating store.
